"Everybody deep down in their heart likes pointe shoes."
That's what Maya says, at least. She's as obsessed with pointe shoes as I am with Billy Martin. I don't know much about their dynamics, so here is a little chart:
It supposedly has layers of glue, paper mache, and burlap. I don't know. Ask Maya. (Ehem, comments.)
Good night!

POINTE SHOES ROCK!!!!
Thank you, Annabelle!!!! YAAAAY! POINTE SHOES!
Skittlers+Pointe Shoes=Skittlers IN Pointe shoes!!!!
LOL Maya!
"If it weren't for our traditions, we'd be like....a skittler on the roof!"
Heeeeey! Maaaybe we could possibly write a skit based on Fiddler, combining the best of all our skits to fit the story. Good skits and music?
What a PERFECT match!
Nice blog, Annabelle! I especially like your POTO characters :)
Hey, when do we get to see a picture of your bassoon??
Happy skittling...
Hi, Kathe!
Thanks. :) My bassoon looks more or less like the picture of the bassoon in "The Sun Will Come Out Tomorrow": Big, red, and double reed.
One more thing:
BILLY LOVERS UNITE!!!!
Hey Annabelle -- I happen to know someone who has worn out several pairs of toe shoes - which has nothing really to do with your post, but I'll merely point out that they get a bit pricey to replace :-)
I'll have to show her this post -- I doubt she's ever read a blog post about toe shoes.
I love toe shoes!!!!!!
